Mici Hotels - Terms of Service & Guest Policy

1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Mici Hotels. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your booking and stay at any of our properties. Our policies are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for all our guests and residents.

By making a reservation with Mici Hotels, you, the guest, acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Mici Hotels. Failure to comply with these policies may result in the termination of your stay, forfeiture of all payments, and additional charges.

2. Guest Eligibility & Occupancy Policy

Mici Hotels is committed to maintaining a secure and family-oriented environment. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the following eligibility criteria:

  • Families & Married Couples: We welcome families and married couples. Proof of marriage (e.g., a valid Nikkah Nama or marriage certificate) may be required at check-in at the management's discretion.

  • Business & Corporate Travelers: We welcome legitimate business travelers. Proof of corporate affiliation (e.g., a valid employee ID card, business card, or an official letter from the company) may be required.

  • Restrictions: We DO NOT accommodate bachelors, groups of single individuals, or unmarried couples. This policy is strictly enforced.

  • Right to Refuse Service: The management reserves the absolute right to refuse accommodation to any person(s) who does not meet our eligibility criteria or if there is any doubt regarding the guest's identity or purpose of visit. This decision is final and non-negotiable.

3. Check-in & Identification Requirements

A smooth and secure check-in process is essential. All guests must comply with the following:

  • Mandatory Identification: All adult guests are required to present a valid, original photo identification document upon check-in.

    • For Pakistani Nationals: A valid, original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) is mandatory.

    • For Foreign Nationals: A valid, original Passport with a valid visa for Pakistan is mandatory.

  • No Exceptions: Photocopies, digital images, or expired documents will NOT be accepted.

  • Refusal of Check-in: We reserve the right to deny check-in to any guest who fails to provide the required original identification. In such cases, the booking will be canceled without any refund.

4. Security Deposit

To ensure the upkeep and integrity of our properties, a security deposit is required at the time of check-in.

  • Mandatory Fee: A refundable security fee is mandatory for all stays.

  • Variable Amount: The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property location (e.g., DHA, Bahria Town, Allama Iqbal Town) and the duration of your stay. The exact amount will be communicated to you during the booking process or upon arrival.

  • Refund Policy: The security deposit is fully refundable at check-out, following a satisfactory inspection of the apartment by our staff. The refund will be processed immediately after confirming that there are no damages, missing items, or violations of our house rules.

  • Deductions: The management is authorized to deduct from the security deposit for any of the following:

    • Damage to the property, furniture, electronics, or fixtures.

    • Lost or damaged keys/access cards.

    • Excessive cleaning required due to misuse of the apartment.

    • Any outstanding charges or fees.

5. Apartment Usage & House Rules

Our apartments are for accommodation purposes only. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, the following rules are strictly enforced:

  • No Parties or Events: Parties, social gatherings, birthday celebrations, or any similar events are strictly prohibited within the apartments and on the premises. Special requests for small, quiet celebrations must be pre-approved in writing by the management and may be subject to additional charges or conditions.

  • Prohibited Substances: The possession, consumption, or distribution of alcoholic beverages and any illegal narcotics or substances is strictly forbidden. The presence of such items will be considered a serious violation of our policy.

  • Visitors: Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors must be registered at the front desk and are kindly requested to leave the premises by 10:00 PM.

  • Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect other residents in the building.

  • No Smoking: All our apartments are non-smoking. A significant cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

  • No Pets: We maintain a strict no-pets policy at all our properties.

6. Consequences of Violation

Any guest found to be in violation of the Guest Eligibility Policy (Section 2) or the Apartment Usage & House Rules (Section 5) will be subject to:

  • Immediate eviction from the property without any refund.

  • Forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

  • Reporting to the relevant authorities if illegal activities are involved.

7. Liability

Mici Hotels is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Guests are advised to secure their belongings and use the provided safes where available.

8. Amendments to Terms

Mici Hotels reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of your check-in will apply to your stay.


By confirming your booking with Mici Hotels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these comprehensive terms and conditions. We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to hosting you.
